We are currently visiting Cuenca, and I would like to consult a plastic surgeon, any recommendations?

I've heard good things about Dr. Jose Moises Valdivieso Tamariz.

You can find his office on Daniel Cordova Toral 2-78 y Federico Proaño, in the Clínica Santa Ines area (the University of Cuenca area, just below El Centro).
