Do you know if any doctors in Cuenca do hormone replacement therapy?

Interesting question, Ken.
If there are any doctors, they're doing it in conjunction with a US-based clinic in Panama.
Probably a year to 18 months ago, a US doctor who practices in Panama gave a presentation about HRT at California Kitchen here in Cuenca.
His plan at the time was to have one of the hospitals do blood tests and followup tests, with clients (I won't call them patients) did their own injections.
I know a few people bought some of the therapies, but I don't know how it all turned out for them.
I wouldn't be surprised if you could find HRT in Quito or Guayaquil, where the population is much bigger.
